OUR REFUND POLICY

Our Policy regarding orders online or by phone:

• All returns must be returned within 30 days and have prior approval.

• Please call 1-800-439-5438 for a approval from Shipping/Parts Dept, and you'll receive          a  return authorization #, which is invoice # on order.   Please include copy of order and what you're returning and reason why you're returning.

• We charge a 15% restocking fee to customers who return parts, unless it was an error made by us the seller.

• We do not refund special order items that customer requests, unless you have prior approval from Powell's Equipment.

• We do not refund shipping & handling charges, unless it was our error.

• All refunds generally take several days to process.
