We are a family owned business we do not or will not advertise any pornographic or related sites. We specialize in golf cars, golf car repair and service, and golf car accessories and all material handling equipment. We believe that the customer is number one and the customer's privacy is very important to our company. We respect the privacy act, and we will not or have not ever given out any of our customer's information to anyone. The only information ever given would be for our records only and drop shipments. We keep files on all our customers and their orders, and only used for that purpose only. No credit card information will be given out regardless.
We are here to make sure the customer is satisfied, we will do all we can to help the customer to receive the part he or she needs. We are not responsible for wrong parts ordered, We do not accept returns on electrical parts or special order items. Prices are subject to change without notice. We will do everything possible to make sure customer has correct part. We are not interested in just giving any part, we will make sure the customer knows what he or she needs and try to ship to customer when needed. We understand that there is a lot of do it yourself repairs, any technical information given by phone or email or otherwise it is intended to help our customers, we are not responsible for any damages or personal injuries.
We have service and repair technicians who are highly trained to answer most questions. Please feel free to call and ask, if any questions. We want to make sure the customer receives the correct part, and not just try to sell any part. We believe that customer service is very important in a company.
