Question:  What type of payment do you accept?

Answer:    We accept Visa, MC, Amex, Discover, money orders, personal checks, cash.  We do set up net 15 or 30 day accounts with companies who have ordered before with credit card a couple of times.  We perform credit check and references on companies who wish to set up accounts with us.

 

Question:  What is your return policy?

Answer:  We will gladly refund up to 30 days from date of purchase.  Must have invoice # and date of purchase on all returns and reason why you're returning.  There is a 15% restocking fee on all orders if customer returns due to their mistake in ordering.   We will not charge 15% restocking fee if Powell's Equipment made a mistake on order.  We do not accept returns on electrical parts, unless you have permission from Powell's Equipment.     There is a 30.00 return check fee on all insufficient checks that are returned.

 

Question: What if I don't receive my part when I requested it next day or second day air?

Answer: Orders are shipped next business day if on  weekends or holiday.   We will check your order and if it wasn't shipped and received when customer requested it, and you ordered Monday-Friday,  We will refund your S&H charges to you, if error was Powell's Equipment's mistake.

 

Question:  When was my order shipped and how can I get a tracking #?

Answer:  If you ordered online a tracking # will be emailed to address on order.  If you call in your order, you can call us at 1-800-439-5438 and get a tracking #, but please allow up to 24 hours to view tracking results online or by phone!

 

Question:  Can I add to or change my order?

Answer:  Yes.  You can call us at 1-800-439-5438 or email us at golfcarman66@aol.com, but if order has already shipped, we will have to ship them separate.   Please give us order # or name or company on your order.
